The focus is to cook fresh RUTF (Ready to Use Therapeutic Food) using local produce for local consumption with local taste to cater for children meals as preventative care for their longevity. The approach would be to amend existing recipes to maintain taste and enhance nutritional value with seasonal produce sourced locally, using 100 % of the produce where there is no waste and helping to develop awareness of developing compatible food combinations.
